SCHOOL PORTRAITS

 

We offer a variety of products and services to local schools and daycares!

Printed & Digital Proofs | Affordable Print and Digital Packages | High Resolution Images for school use and students to purchase | Yearbook, Cap and Gown, & Drape and Tux Portraits available.

Pricing: $5 per student*


This price covers for our time photographing your students, professionally editing the images and delivering printed proofs and order forms.

THIS IS OUR PROCESS


I. Book the date.

When you are ready to schedule photos for your school, contact us via our website or give us a call! We'll work out the details for what your school's photo needs are and we'll fix up material for you to share with students and their families so they can prepare for picture day!


II. Picture Day

It's picture day! We usually come in to set up in your library or gym at the beginning of the school day unless we make an alternative plan beforehand.  Each student will have a numbered card connected to their info so we can keep track of names and make sure that proofs come to the right student.



III. Deliver memories.

2-4 weeks after picture day, the school's proofs will be delivered! Order forms will be delivered with proofs that students can return to the school, mail to us, or they can order online. The school will receive a download link of the photos from picture day for yearbook usage!

SPORTS + ORGANIZATIONS

Each student receives all of the best digital images of their individual and group portraits via email download with a print release and a complimentary 11x17 poster!

We love working with local schools and capturing their hardworking teams! We offer personalized sessions to accommodate any team - big or small. Here's a highlight of what we offer:


2 hour session at your school, on location, or in our studio | online personalized viewing gallery with download access and print ordering available | 2-3 week turnaround for delivery


Each team member will receive all of the best digitals via email/download and a complimentary 11x17 poster.


Pricing: $35 per team member


We typically bring a backdrop set with us to set up for individual portraits and/or use the space around us (typically your school property) for additional individual photos + team photos to make your session more personalized. We deliver 2-3 poses per individual + a team portrait to each team member.
